Denise (Luisana Lopilato), a talented sommelier, discovers a special way to send messages to the past: she writes them and places them in empty wine bottles labeled with a specific year. As she attempts to correct a bad life decision, her present changes in unexpected and terrifying ways. In her desire to fix everything, Denise repeatedly embarks on risky attempts, but each new step leads her to an even worse reality. She soon finds herself trapped in an endless cycle, where her desire to correct the past becomes a threat to her future and the lives of those around her.
