After leaving a movie theater, a man and a woman begin talking and continue the conversation at a nearby café. There, they build a fantasy world in which they become who they always wanted to be (a writer and an astronaut). They decide to meet every Thursday at the same time and place. Little by little, they fall in love... but when their real lives come into play, they will have to fight to protect their relationship.

After the film Who We Wanted to Be, the short film The Absent will be screened.

The headmaster and teachers of a primary school receive devastating news: the mother of Bianca, a 9-year-old pupil, suffered a terrible accident on her way to pick her up. While they try to find other relatives without success, together they build a space of containment and care for Bianca, facing the difficult task of protecting her from a truth that will change her life forever.
